Donate Furniture
Thank you! Every donation makes a difference within our local community, helping us to support families in need with free and discounted essentials. Our showroom is open to everyone, selling a wide range of pre-loved, affordable household items, with all proceeds funding our charitable work.
Did you know we don’t just accept furniture? We take everything you need to make a house a home!
To donate:
- Please ensure items are clean and in good, working condition, with fire labels attached to upholstery and CE marks on electrical items (see examples below).
- Telephone 01737 773133 to arrange collection / drop off, or email enquiry@furnistore.co.uk with photos of items. We collect donations, free of charge, throughout East Surrey.
Fire labels
Due to fire safety regulations, we cannot accept furniture that does not have a fire safety label.
All labels must be securely attached. Here are some examples.

The following are examples that on their own, do not indicate that furniture complies with the fire regulations. If your item only has one of these labels, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept it.
CE Marks
Due to safety regulations all electrical items must display a CE mark. It is usually easy to locate, however in fridges or fridge-freezers it is sometimes hidden behind a drawer.
